Tutorial on Making the Applying/Making the arm designs for vocaloid characters 
Granted this is just how i did it but im sure there are other ways but

[You dont Have to use mine,you can always draw ur own on the computer ^^]
Note[s]: That the Design and Be used for all vocaloids that have an arm design
